Dylan Hackers
Dylan’s interest in finance led him to pursue a Bachelor of Business with a finance major at UTS, where he graduated in 2020. In 2018, while balancing university studies, Dylan began his recruitment career with a boutique agency in Sydney, covering roles across Accounting, Operations, Risk, Technology, Support Functions, & more. He quickly discovered his passion for connecting talented individuals with opportunities across various sectors.
From a Sydney base, Dylan has made successful placements across Australia, Europe, the UK, and Singapore, though his focus has remained firmly on the Australian market.
Outside of the office, Dylan has dedicated over a decade to volunteering as an active patrolling member of the Bondi Surf Life Saving Club.
Tom Price
Tom began his career working in various roles across financial market operations with ANZ, E*Trade, and UBS. He then established a career in Wealth Management, working with
UBS Wealth Management and later with Crestone Wealth Management. In 2017, Tom made a career change into recruitment, joining a boutique agency where he covered roles across Wealth Management, Banking, Risk & Compliance, and Operations. With 17 years of experience in financial markets, Tom brings a high level of technical knowledge to his work.
Outside of the office, Tom is an active volunteer with his three sons’ rugby league teams
and enjoys getting away to his family's property near Mudgee.
